How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3 p.m. central are generally shipped the same day.  While those placed after 3 p.m. central ship the next business day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday morning.
When will my backorder item arrive?
Backordered items are items that have temporarily gone out of stock due to unexpected demand. In general these items will ship in less than 7 days. We make every effort to ship backordered items the same day they arrive in our facility.
When do I receive my pre ordered item?
Anytime you pre order a product, you are purchasing a unit to be shipped to you on release date.  So, if you buy a “pre order” or “pre release”, you will get the product shipped to your physical address on the day of release, or in some special promotional cases, sooner than the release date.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service through either First Class or Priority Mail.  Orders shipped through First Class take between 3-5 business days to arrive; those shipped with Priority Mail take 2-3 business days.International shipments vary. We cannot guarantee any shipment times. But, generally shipments to Canada arrive in 4-8 business days. UK: 1-2 weeks. Australia: 1-2 weeks. All other countries can take from 1-4 weeks.
My order has never arrived.
In some rare cases, either you could have accidentally supplied us with the wrong information, we could have made a mistake when shipping, or the U.S.P.S failed to properly ship the order.  Contact us, and we will resolve the problem; and make a new shipment if necessary.

How do I return or get a refund?
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong item, or just are not happy with the product – go to our contact page, and fill out the form to arrange for an exchange or refund.
Payments and Billing
What forms of payments do you accept?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, therefore every accepted method of payment by PayPal, we accept as a payment – these include Visa, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, paypal instant transfers, and others.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax in only charged to orders shipping to Texas addresses.
When will I be charged?
This can vary by your method of payment.  If you pay with a PayPal instant transfer, then you are charged immediately.  If you pay with a credit or debit card, you will be charged within the next 24-48 hours.
Can I get a copy of my receipt?
When you initially make your payment, you get a receipt e-mailed to you – print this out immediately for your future reference.  If you somehow lose this, contact us, and we will send you a new receipt either electronically or on paper.
